WHO WE ARE
'Expressions' is a social and creative art group concentrating on improving well-being for people through creative means such as art, music and poetry.
Established in 2013, the group focuses on improving well-being, reducing social isolation and building confidence whilst exploring creativity - having showcased work in many different arenas.
The group creates a safe space for people to get together, socialise and offer peer support to others who may be facing similar issues - creating an environment where people feel safe and empowered to express themselves through art.
Group users also benefit from additional assistance. Whether it's life advice, help in changing career or anything else - our dedicated team will support you all the way.

Exploring different mediums of art; using watercolours, pencil drawing, chalk, still life and more. Socialise, make new friends and exercise your artistic skill with one of our well-being focused art groups.
PHOTOGRAPHY & FILM MAKING
Classes in photography and film making. Discover the art of aperture, depth, framing and focus. Refine your camera skills and get creative as you take position as director and photographer.


ONLINE COURSES
